In cooperation with KTH Architects, Inc. and Curwensville State Bank, this Design-Build endeavor of constructing a 7,974 square foot new bank facility, a two-story masonry and steel structure, showcased Hallstrom Construction, Inc. as a premier commercial contractor.  This type of construction is representative of the expertise of the Hallstrom craftsmen.  The project was completed in 6 months' time with the Owner continuing the relationship with the Design-Build Team by performing a major renovation of the existing corporate offices.  This project was completed in October of 2003.  Cost of the project...$2,655,730.
