Hallstrom Construction, Inc. is a premier general contractor that has been operating out of DuBois since the mid-1930's... nearly 75 years.  The company was incorporated in the late 1970's.  The company has extensive experience in building light industrial manufacturing facilities as well as warehouse and medical facilities, including hospitals, doctors' offices and ancillary buildings and departments.  Hallstrom has extensive experience in the healthcare industry in both Department of Health regulated facilities and outpatient clinics.

     Within the past six years, Hallstrom Construction has completed projects at the DuBois Regional Medical Center, Punxsutawney Hospital, Brookville Hospital, Clearfield Hospital and Elk Regional health Center.  Specifically, DuBois Regional Medical Center which is now the state-of-the-art home of The Heart Center. The work at Elk Regional Health Center includes a four room X-ray Department plus a Mammography Suite in an outpatient facility.  Recently, Hallstrom completed a new Cancer Treatment Facility for the Clearfield Hospital, including an 1100 square foot concrete vault that will house the accelerator equipment.

      South of DuBois on Route 219 where it meets Route 119 is a millennium-style facelift at the Murray Honda dealership.  A credit to Hallstrom Construction, this now sets the standard for other local businesses to match.
