Hallstrom Construction Inc., with over 90 years of experience, works collaboratively with the owner, architect and engineers to provide pre-construction services in the early stages of the project that ensures that your program and aesthetic goals can be accomplished within the agreed upon budget and time frame. Through proactive communication with the project team, we will provide early analysis of the price of various design options, which allows the Owner to select the appropriate systems to fit within their program and budget. Estimates and a project schedule are developed early and refined as the design progresses. During the development of the construction documents, a system of management review meetings and checking of drawings and specifications will ensure that the documents are complete and correct. The construction team will also be working closely together with the design team throughout the design phase to help identify any possible detailing problems and/or sequencing problems with the work. This enables any problems to be identified prior to releasing the documents for bid and/or construction. In the end a quality set of documents means less questions in the field that results in a higher quality project.
