DESIGN | BUILD

Design/Build is a project delivery system in which the design and construction portions of the project are contracted with a single entity – the Design/Build contractor. This process is used to minimize risk to the owner, reduce the delivery schedule and maintain a project’s budget, prior to and during construction.
