Hallstrom Construction was the General Contractor for the new construction and expansion of the Penn Highlands Behavioral Health Hospital. This project added a 57,137 square foot, three-story building with a basement, featuring 44 patient rooms, classrooms, activity rooms, calming rooms, and a full kitchen and cafeteria. The facility was designed to enhance patient care and provide a comprehensive environment for behavioral health services.
